Over this past summer Operation Courage is Beautiful involved several Girl Scout troops, the Mt. Carmel High School Cheer team for a 9/11 Day of Service and Remembrance event, and general members of the PQ community.
Since June, with the support of the Rancho Penasquitos Town Council and other charitable sources, we have been able to ship nearly 300 care packages to 300 individual service members as they are deployed overseas.
Please keep your eyes open for additional volunteer opportunities especially as the holidays come!
