Sunrise Powerlink has announced the availability of the Draft EIR/EIS on the Sunrise Powerlink. Comments are due April 11, 2008. Documents are available at the Rancho Penasquitos Public Library and online. Click Here to view online information.

A Public Forum on the draft EIR/EIS will be held at the Hilltop Recreation Center on Tuesday, January 29, 2008 from 7:00 until 9:00 PM, Presentation 7:10-7:25 to talk to CPUC, BLM, and EIR/EIS Preparers.
